- Closer to real life
- Students feel the need for the TL from before and have a comparison.
- Better feeling of accomplishment + relation to TL
- Teacher gets a better assessment of students
- Can be great for short time frames + very specific themes
Cons -
- Slap in the face with something hard
- Straight out confusing
- ^For students that feel this if it’s an early lesson could be demotivating
- Waste time just for the point
- Could throw off your TL phase
- Hard to adjust on the fly + needs a lot of activities
- Lose time to do Studies with TL
- Needs high engagement
- For lower levels → Harder to keep w roleplays(Czech class)
