Engineering Beliefs
🚩: it’s not so easy. But I write this in spirit of “What if it were easy”
Until you learned to challenge your own identity, there’s no way you’d wake up to that realization of engineering your own beliefs. What I mean is this, if you could take down and recognize the stories you are telling yourself, then rewrite anything that isn’t helpful.
If our power over our beliefs were ultimate, this is the decision. “Why believe anything about yourself that isn’t empowering? It’s so trivial, so silly that you could even consider it.”
