I never made a fuss to fix anything, I genuinely believed I could ignore it long enough until it didn’t matter.
I was such a bad employee and so low agency that every single roadblock I encountered I went for management.
Thinking it came from parenting style and never needing to learn work/had to have huge self-motivation.
Perhaps that’s agency; the full well of personal ‘drive’ to get something.
