Isolated information is less useful

Because we know Insight requires context, it is up to us to provide more context to ideas we are presented with by Increasing contact points. Try forming High-fidelity association with new ideas to see how they closely relate with one another. This increases the usefulness of what we learn because it allows us to apply what we know into more context.

Beware inappropriate context as this is one of the most common ways information will be abused, particularly when we simplify information into a smaller chunk, it makes it easier to remove from the proper context into an inappropriate one.

Re-invent the wheel is an example of how productivity and management advice applied to learning is wildly inappropriate as it conflicts with the core priciples of Do your own thinking.
