2 Games of Tennis
Ramo, a prominent physicist who took to improving his tennis late in life, observed that there are two versions of tennis.
In amateur tennis, roughly 80% of points are lost. These come from unforced errors.
In professional tennis, roughly 80% of points are won. A great shot; which the other player cannot return.
With these stats in mind, the best way to win in most levels of tennis is simply by keeping the ball in play. Your opponent will occasionally hit a good shot but will mostly lose points by failing to return a hit.
Most games in life are competing at amateur level. All you need to do is keep the ball in play.
