We see it in grammar all the time and it makes sense to us in context. (Exceptions to rules just becoming Irregular, not illogical per se) It’s a structure of logic with exceptions to rules. Doesn’t mean the logic has to always check out for it to be followed.
Because there are exceptions to the rule, does not mean that a new rule needs to be made.
Sometimes even the exceptions follow their own little rules (such as Spanish GO verbs).
So could logical and ethical beliefs have their own exceptions that don’t break the entire structure? They are simply an irregularity to be accounted for.
