Energy without direction
Energy needs to be focussed to a point in order to be effective.
Many of the things we want to do, or move, have a static friction coefficient that is higher than if it were moving.
Unfocused workers with General ambition are typically working really hard, they’re just dividing their focus onto too many items so they dont break the static threshold for anything. They don’t make progress.
