When I’m in my solitude and in flow of writing, I don’t want to talk to others Yet I can bridge that state of deep thought by asking deep questions to others, and eventually, I build the inertia for socializing, transitioning the flow state

Knowing your positive/sad states Internally focused vs externally focused.

“What’s something I can do to reverse the state I’m in rather than sink further”

(Currently I’m in a deep state of ideation. Maybe I get out by talking to people, getting into my body with climbing or a cold plunge)
