Philosophy’s role in my life

I remember as a kid having these big questions and yet there didn’t seem to be a subject or anyone who wanted to talk about it.

So it left me feeling so alone in the questions yet the entire field of philosophy was just there with great figures who’d been working towards answers for the existential questions I had. Like why are we here? What am I supposed to do? Without philosophy, your culture is the only answer and it decides for you
